Dovile Drizyte is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hint Consulting Group, where she focuses on enhancing brand ambassadors’ performances and creating an unforgettable in-store experience for luxury and fashion clientele.

A native of Lithuania, Dovile arrived to New York almost a decade ago with a diploma in Political Science and Diplomacy in her hand and with an American Dream in her heart. After a very first encounter with the glamorous fashion world of evening wear designer Carmen Marc Valvo, Dovile immediately knew that she found her new professional path. Demanding and extensive work with the CMV Couture division during Seasonal Markets and later with the Public Relations Department, organizing fashion shows for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week as well as other communications initiatives built a solid foundation for Dovile’s career in the fashion and luxury field.

Yet there is no true luxury experience if it is not “Made in France”. Iconic French fashion house, Longchamp, offered Dovile another interesting professional challenge- to be in charge of training and development initiatives in North America and the Caribbean region. Starting with a retail network in the US, Dovile designed and implemented various training programs ranging from Product Knowledge to Selling Ceremony and more. She also adapted training materials designed in France to local market needs. Furthermore, she coached and maintained the efficiency of the programs to ensure remarkable results with Mystery Shopper as well as growth of customer satisfaction. To keep the Longchamp experience consistent, Dovile commenced educational initiatives with quintessential department stores such as Neiman Marcus, SAKS, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Holt Renfrew, and Ogilvy as well as a number of specialty boutiques in the USA and in the Caribbean. Simultaneously, she also established and conducted training plans for Longchamp Travel Retail locations.

Constantly being able to observe the retail environment directly from the sales floor or through interactions with the sales teams, Dovile noticed that the global luxury client is looking for a remarkable in-store experience and knowledgeable sales advisors. She also grasped that training and education plays one of the most significant roles in the success of the retail label.

This is where Dovile decided that giving a “hint” to the luxury and fashion world players on how to create an unforgettable client experience and accelerate sales through their brand ambassadors would be a game changing solution. Blending her creative ideas with a strong business sense and exceptional interpersonal skills, Dovile is known to be a forward thinker, enthusiastic leader, remarkable motivator and a force that helps to elevate brands image to the next level.
